Description

American Traveler is hiring an Operating Room RN with robotics experience for an acute care setting supporting a wide range of surgical specialties.

Details

• Acute care setting within a Level 3 trauma center operating room
• Covers general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, urology, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and ophthalmology procedures
• Facility runs 4-5 active OR suites out of 7 available, performing about 5,000 procedures annually
• Uses MEDITECH 6.15 charting system
• Monday-Friday 10-hour day shifts with one random day off during the week
• Call required approximately 4 times monthly with possible weekend coverage

Requirements

• Active RN license (MO state or Compact) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Robotics experience required, DaVinci experience preferred
• No disciplinary history on license accepted

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility for call response
• Must have some holiday availability
• First-time travelers may be considered
