Our Cincinnati, OH site, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Environmental, Health & Safety, to join our team. In this role, the candidate will use their experience to implement and lead strong environmental, health and safety aspects as they relate to manufacturing. Essential Functions: Work performed under limited supervision. Must be experienced in OSHA 1910 General Industry. Perform hazard analysis and risk assessments. Assists in accident investigations and recommends corrective actions. Conduct routine audits and inspections to identify and eliminate non-compliance issues. Manage projects related to energetics and safety; including participation in incident investigation, risk management, and process hazard analysis. Conduct training and communication campaigns to raise site-wide awareness. Serve as interface and liaisons with employees, managers, customers, auditors, and regulators. Some travel required
