Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to Zillow Preferred leads in real-time
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through follow-up and lead nurturing
• Provide top-tier service to buyers and sellers from first contact to closing
• Conduct showings, write offers, negotiate contracts, and make repairs
• Educate clients on market trends in The Woodlands and the surrounding areas
• Manage each deal from contract to close with full back-end support

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Texas Real Estate License and have closed a minimum of 6 deals in the past year
• We are seeking individuals with a growth mindset, a passion for hard work, and a commitment to hustling
• The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, open to learning new systems, and dedicated to adhering to lead follow-up protocols
• Excellent communication skills are a must for this role
