We are currently seeking Foundation Repair Laborers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor including excavation, digging, shoring, and backfilling
• Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
• Safely operate company tools and equipment
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
• Work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10+ hours daily
• Physically demanding work involving repetitive bending, stooping, digging, and lifting
• No experience required for entry-level applicants; training provided.
• Ability to safely perform physical work and follow job-site safety procedures.

Pay:

• Starting pay: $16/hour for candidates with no experience
• $18–$19/hour for candidates with relevant experience
