Program Manager

Valeo Resources has partnered with a non-profit outpatient behavioral health treatment program for Youth and Adults. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Program Manager to join the team in (cityname, state)! In this role you will be a key member of the leadership team and responsible for the direct management of the Youth and Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient/Intensive Outpatient and Recovery Step Down (RSD) programs in San Mateo County.

Location: San Mateo, CA 94403

Schedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Responsibilities:

• Handles aspects of management, including direct supervision and training of direct services and administrative support staff.
• Responsible for the overall management of programmatic and administrative operations.
• Has responsibility for coordination of services, and ensuring contractual requirements are being met.
• Represents the agency with a high degree of professionalism and maintains positive working relationships with funders, CBOs, schools, and other stakeholders.
• Leads or assists in developing Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) processes for the design, evaluation, and quality improvement processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree, or Drug and Alcohol Certification recognized by DHCS
• Minimum of one year of experience in mentoring, coaching, training or supervising staff or volunteers.
• Minimum of four years of experience in co-occurring behavioral health treatment in an inpatient or outpatient community mental health setting.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Experience with government contracts and compliance.
