In this role, you'll guide a team of Product Managers, own a product roadmap, and partner across the business to deliver impactful customer and associate experiences.**What You'll Do*** Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, supporting their growth and career development.* Own and prioritize the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer value, business impact, and delivery effort.* Define, measure, and optimize product success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision making.* Partner closely with technology, business, and operational teams to understand opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions.* Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders, demonstrating measurable business value.* Develop a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to create innovative, user-focused experiences.* Foster agile ways of working and encourage a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.* Participate in hiring, performance management, coaching, and team development activities.* Ensure compliance with company policies, operating principles, and the Code of Conduct.**What We're Looking For*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.* 6+ years of experience delivering customer- or associate-facing products.* 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in an Agile environment.* 4+ years of experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to delivery.* Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.* Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.* Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, ICAgile, PMI-ACP, etc.) are a plus.**Why You'll Love This Role**You'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, lead a talented team, and deliver innovative solutions that improve the experience for millions of customers while helping drive the future of our business.**Annual Salary**$101,475.00 - $189,625.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
