The Role

As an Entry Level Client Relations Representative , you will work directly with customers on behalf of our clients. You'll focus on creating a positive customer experience, understanding individual needs, explaining available products and services, and helping maintain strong client relationships.

This is a people-focused role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, communicating face-to-face, and working toward individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients professionally when interacting with customers

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

• Explain client products, services, promotions, and account options

• Assist customers in identifying solutions that fit their needs

• Maintain accurate customer and account information

• Work alongside the team to meet client and campaign goals

• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Develop additional skills in sales, account management, and leadership

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other people-facing roles is helpful, but not required.
