We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to support and maintain client accounts through direct, in-person interaction. This role focuses on providing account support, communicating with customers, and ensuring a positive overall experience across multiple client programs.

Responsibilities

Meet with customers face-to-face to review account details and provide support

Serve as a point of contact for questions related to services and account updates

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity

Work with internal team members to support client objectives and retention efforts

Communicate updates, feedback, and customer needs to leadership

Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience
