The Opportunity

The Practice

HSHS St. Francis Hospital - Litchfield, Illinois

• A Catholic, not-for-profit health care facility and the only hospital in the two-county area providing maternal services.
• STEMI Receiving Center and 15-bed open ICU.
• 16-18 encounters per day per hospitalist during the day and 12-15 encounters per night per hospitalist.
• Recipient of the Outstanding Patient Experience Award from HealthGrades in 2022.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
