Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with professionalism and integrity while being part of an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and succeeds through teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, unsecured access points, and/or other security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting unauthorized persons and/or policy violations.
• Support closing and opening routines, including checking designated areas, noting irregularities, and completing required reports related to daily security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
