Commercial Roofing Foreman

The Commercial Roofing Foreman is responsible for supervising crew activities, coordinating project timelines, enforcing safety practices, and ensuring quality workmanship. This leadership role requires strong communication skills, roofing system expertise, and the ability to manage job-site operations from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage commercial roofing crews on job sitesEnsure proper installation and repair of roofing systems, including:Single-ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC)Built-Up Roofing (BUR)Roof Coating SystemsEnforce all safety procedures, including fall protection and OSHA standardsOperate heavy equipment as neededCoordinate materials, labor, and job-site activities to maintain project efficiencyConduct job-site inspections to ensure quality and safety complianceCommunicate effectively with project managers and clientsMinimum 3 years of experience leading commercial roofing crewsExtensive knowledge of multiple roofing systems and safety practicesOSHA certification preferred but not requiredProficient in operating heavy equipmentStrong leadership, planning, and organizational skillsValid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirementsMust pass a pre-employment drug screeningBenefitsHealthcare insurance (eligible after 90 days)401(k) retirement plan with company match up to $500Accrued PTO up to 40 hours per year$25,000 company-paid life insurance (eligible after 90 days)Opportunities for career growth and advancementScheduleFull-timeOvertime as neededSome weekend work may be required based on project demandsCompany Culture & ValuesAt Jolly Roofing & Contracting, we foster a supportive and collaborative work environment built on integrity, safety, and excellence.
