Litigation Legal Assistant

We’re recruiting for a Litigation Legal Assistant opportunity with a respected law firm in Cleveland. This role is ideal for someone with strong law firm administrative experience who can support attorneys with litigation filings, deadlines, billing, document preparation, and day-to-day client service. Responsibilities Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal team members Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize legal and business documents Electronically file documents with courts and communicate professionally with court personnel Track key deadlines, calendar dates, CLE items, reimbursements, and related follow-up Support client service needs, including scheduling, phone calls, meetings, and guest coordination Create, maintain, organize, and close files in accordance with firm procedures Assist with billing tasks, time entry, pre-bill review, reports, cover letters, and follow-up Prioritize multiple requests while staying responsive, accurate, and detail-focused Qualifications Hands-on legal assistant experience in a law firm setting Litigation support experience, including e-filing and deadline tracking Strong Microsoft Office skills Experience with document management, billing, and legal workflow systems preferred Familiarity with tools such as Kofax/Nuance, InTapp, LMS+, iManage, or similar platforms is helpful Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong judgment, organization, follow-through, and client service mindset This is a strong opportunity for a Legal Assistant who enjoys supporting busy litigation attorneys and wants to be part of a professional, team-oriented Cleveland office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
