SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: MoBap Medical Center, 3015 North Ballas Road, Saint Louis, MO 63131. Online applications only. Schedule: Full‑time, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends. Hours may vary; further details provided during the interview. Pay: $16.00 per hour (fixed rate). Requirements: One year of supervisory experience. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned.
