Temporary Administrative AssistantAre you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. This position is expected to support the organization during an employee medical leave and could last through the end of the year, depending on business needs.The ideal candidate will be able to work between our Mexico, MO location (3 days per week) and Fulton, MO location (2 days per week).Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process purchase orders (POs)Assist with production scheduling and coordinationMaintain accurate records and documentationPrepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative materialsAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and emailsProcess paperwork and support daily office operationsProvide administrative support to multiple departments as neededMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationDeliver excellent customer service to both internal and external contactsQualificationsPrevious administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanor and commitment to confidentialityWhat We OfferCompetitive pay at $20.00 per hourImmediate start opportunityValuable experience working across multiple departmentsSupportive team environment
