Experienced Administrative Assistant

Temporary Administrative Assistant Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. This position is expected to support the organization during an employee medical leave and could last through the end of the year, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to work between our Mexico, MO location (3 days per week) and Fulton, MO location (2 days per week). Key Responsibilities Manage and process purchase orders (POs) Assist with production scheduling and coordination Maintain accurate records and documentation Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Process paperwork and support daily office operations Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external contacts Qualifications Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality What We Offer Competitive pay at $20.00 per hour Immediate start opportunity Valuable experience working across multiple departments Supportive team environment Manpower
