We are seeking a goal‑oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team. This role provides customers with solutions to their facility services needs by offering industry‑leading products and hands‑on help with their workday. In this B2B sales position you will learn and apply the skills from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within your territory, using our CRM to identify and close new business while consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and a Contact Management System. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role. Prior new B2B sales experience.
