As a Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and fulfilling outgoing orders. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing and shipment of all goods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Verify quantities and quality of incoming goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
• Prepare and ship outgoing orders
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must have the flexibility to work very early morning shifts (5:30am) including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift over 50lbs

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based at Makers Air FXE.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.

Salary Description $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr + Benefits and Incentives
