About the Role

The Company is in search of a Director, Chief of Staff - Employee Experience to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational success of the global Employee Experience function. The successful candidate will be a trusted thought partner to the VP, responsible for translating strategic intent into clear priorities and operating plans. This role demands a high level of business acumen, the ability to synthesize complex information, and a strong background in executive communication, portfolio management, and leadership enablement. The Chief of Staff will also be at the forefront of enterprise transformation, particularly in the areas of AI enablement, and will be instrumental in shaping the narrative and user experience of new AI-powered offerings. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant roles, with a focus on strategic and operational leadership, and a proven track record in executive storytelling and creative design. The role requires a candidate with a strong point of view on UX, service design, and employee experience, and the ability to influence without formal authority. Experience in AI, advanced analytics, or digital product environments is essential, as is a background in design thinking or related disciplines. The Chief of Staff will be a cultural carrier for quality, experience excellence, and disciplined execution, and will be expected to coach and enable the senior leadership team to operate as a cohesive, high-performing unit.
