Role Description The Senior Account Manager's role is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, developing deep relationships with OEM customers, and serving as a primary point of contact for their technical and commercial needs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with engineering and operations teams to develop tailored solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, and overseeing contract negotiations. The Senior Account Manager will monitor account performance, forecast sales, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. This position also contributes to market insights, pricing strategies, and long-term account planning to support Omega Optical’s growth objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in account management, customer relationship building, and strategic sales planning. Experience working with OEM customers in high-technology industries such as optics, photonics, semiconductor, military and aerospace, or life sciences. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and forecasts. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, physics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets in a B2B environment. Ability to travel to customer & divisional locations as needed Approximately 75%
