SMALL CASE LOADS (6-7 clients)Compensation:LBS: $50-55KBCBA: $70-75KQuarterly bonus incentive (30+ billable hours weekly)Benefits:401K with 100% match up to 4%Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceStudent loan reimbursement up to $425/monthPaid Time Off:7 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday40 hours of PTO in year 1 / 80 hours in year 2 / 90 hours in year 4Professional Development:Paid CEUsPaid certification feesExcellent LBS to BCBA programPOSITION SUMMARYAs a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work with children with Autism and other developmental challenges by creating their treatment plan. You will review, analyze, and develop behavioral health treatment systems and services for certain populations, including individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, consistent with the scientific discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Responsibilities:Conducting assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventions.Designing, executing, and monitoring behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs.Overseeing the implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other employees.Training, designing behavioral systems, and performance management.Facilitating parent meetings/ parent training.Completing comprehensive goals and completing reports for all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies.Working collaboratively with other professionals.Staying current with research and new methodologies.Other activities generally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavioral analysis such as activities related to oversight of the programs and employees.REQUIREMENTSBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) OR Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) from the state of Pennsylvania.Experience successfully managing challenging behaviors.Ability to maintain a steady caseload of billable hours.A fun and compassionate disposition.The ability to communicate effectively.Leadership experience is preferred.The ability to lead with a positive attitude even in times of stress.NEXT STEP APPLY NOW!Please apply now and send us your resume to get the process started.
