HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

About This Role We are seeking a few talented HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician's to join our team. This full-time position involves maintaining residential, commercial and industrial HVAC systems. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations. Maintain accurate records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred. 1+ years of HVAC maintenance or service experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. EPA 608 certification (required). Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites. Preferred Qualifications: NATE certification or equivalent. Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment. Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms. What You'll Get Pay up to $30/hour depending on experience.
