The Commission directs the growth, operation and business activities of RIC and works tirelessly to ensure it continues to be an affordable option for local, regional, and out-of-state travelers.About the Role: We are seeking an HR Intern to support our HR team initiatives with a focus on full-cycle recruitment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations, with exposure to employer branding and onboarding activities.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferredStrong interest in recruiting and talent acquisitionExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProfessional, detail-oriented, and customer-service focusedProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plusRequired SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.To apply and more information on Capital Region Airport Commission, including employee benefits and our company culture, visit our website at Region Airport Commission is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
