Summer Accounting Intern
Location: Richmond, VA Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 24 hours per week Duration: 6 weeks (Mid June – Late July 2028) Compensation: Paid Internship Future Opportunity: Potential to continue as a Tax Season Intern or Staff Accountant I
Overview

The program includes:
- Structured training combined with hands-on client work
- Exposure to tax, audit, and advisory services
- Guidance from a dedicated mentor, peer buddy, and supervisor
- Regular check-ins to support your learning and professional growth
What We're Looking For
- Students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting (3.0 GPA preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work Tuesday–Thursday (24 hours per week) throughout the internship
