Generous 401(k) with a strong company match Half-day Fridays during the summer and holiday periods Robust pension plan Free parking with convenient downtown Richmond access On-site dining and fitness center Excellent PTO & holiday package Minimal overtime compared to most corporate accounting roles Outstanding long-term career stability and growth opportunities Responsibilities Overview Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities Support SEC financial reporting and related schedules Perform accounting for leases, fixed assets, freight, rebates, and reserves Assist with research & development accounting and reporting Execute internal control activities and support external audits Analyze accounting issues and recommend process improvements Participate in SAP-related projects and system enhancements Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Advanced Microsoft Office skills CPA, public accounting experience, SAP, or manufacturing accounting experience are highly preferred About Us Incendia Partners is a 25+ year-old staffing firm with over 40 employees, including six based in Richmond.
