Regional Director, Auto Floorplan Sales

Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead a sales team of 10–25 reps, grow market share, and drive dealer loyalty. You’ll hire and train Area Managers, present products to dealerships, and manage relationships across the territory. The role requires up to 75% travel, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor’s in Business.
