Description

Diagnose Vehicle Issues: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems in engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and other vehicle systems

Conduct Routine Maintenance: Carry out oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and lubrication to maintain vehicle performance and longevity

Test and Inspect Vehicles: Perform road tests and inspections to verify repairs and ensure vehicles operate correctly

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on automotive technology, manufacturer technical bulletins, and participate in training programs

Perform Repairs: Disassemble, repair, or replace faulty components, ensuring all work meets manufacturer and safety standards

Shop and Equipment Management: Keep tools and equipment in operational condition, follow safety protocols, and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems

Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues

Attention to Detail: Precision in inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks

Communication: Effectively explain technical information to customers and team members

Physical Strength and Stamina: Capable of lifting heavy parts and working in confined spaces

Time Management and Teamwork: Efficiently manage tasks and collaborate with other technicians
