• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams.
• Manage construction budgets through accurate cost estimating, cost management strategies, and ongoing financial tracking using B2W or equivalent tools.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure clarity and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality standards, and regulatory adherence; conduct regular site inspections.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, and E-Sub, to track progress, document issues, and communicate updates effectively.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation (RFIs, & Submittals) while maintaining meticulous records for audit purposes.
• Lead project meetings to facilitate communication among stakeholders; resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
