We currently have a team of five, and we work closely across both offices to create a fun, supportive environment where people feel valued and motivated to grow. I’m a third-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for 13 years. I graduated from Capital University where I played football, and outside of work I’m a husband, a dad to a two-year-old daughter, and we have another baby on the way. I’m also in a cover band and love spending time outdoors whenever I can. We’re looking for someone hardworking, coachable, positive, and reliable, with strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term career. Qualifications Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Excellent communication skills, especially in the digital space. Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Previous sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools. A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges. Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
