Position Overview

Plan Life Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and technology-oriented Remote Care Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of client services and caregiver operations.

This is a work-from-home position available to candidates residing in Florida and other U.S. states, subject to applicable employment requirements. The position does not require daily travel to a Plan Life Care office.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, comfortable working independently, and proficient with computers, phone communication, email, scheduling systems, and online business tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client service assignments.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, families, and internal team members.
• Respond to routine phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Assist with schedule changes, coverage requests, and staffing coordination.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
• Enter and update information in company systems and databases.
• Monitor schedules and follow up on outstanding assignments.
• Assist with caregiver onboarding and administrative coordination.
• Prepare routine reports, documents, and correspondence.
• Escalate urgent or complex matters to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and company information.
• Assist management with administrative and operational projects.
• Perform other duties related to client services and operations as assigned.

Remote Work Requirements

Candidates must:

• Reside in Florida or another U.S. state.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have reliable high-speed internet.
• Have a dependable computer suitable for business use.
• Maintain a quiet and professional home workspace.
• Be available during scheduled working hours.
• Communicate effectively by phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
• Ability to learn scheduling, CRM, and other business software.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional telephone and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, scheduling, customer service, or office administration.
• Experience with scheduling or workforce-management software.
• Experience with CRM or electronic record systems.
• Previous remote or work-from-home experience.
• Experience coordinating employees, clients, appointments, or service schedules.

Compensation

$22–$28 per hour

Recommended starting pay: $25 per hour
