Regional Operations Coordinator

To ensure client satisfaction and success, the remote Regional Operations Coordinator will manage client relationships, oversee hardware and software procurement, and provide expert guidance on technical requirements, while working primarily from home and preferably residing in New York. Key responsibilities Serve as the operational liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Manage procurement processes for hardware, software, and licensing for assigned clients Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for service enhancement Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the IT industry Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
