Hospitality Hiring Hub Is Now Hiring Transportation Operations Coordinators Pay:$20.00–$30.00 per hour Schedule:Full-time, part-time, evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts Location:Nationwide, with select onsite, hybrid, and remote opportunities Hospitality Hiring Hub is seeking organized transportation operations coordinators for limousine companies, airport shuttle operators, executive black car services, charter bus companies, delivery fleets, logistics providers, hotels, and hospitality transportation departments. This role supports daily transportation operations by coordinating drivers, vehicles, reservations, routes, customer requests, and service schedules. Responsibilities Coordinate daily driver and vehicle assignments Review reservations, routes, and transportation schedules Communicate trip information to drivers Monitor vehicle locations and service status Respond to delays, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts Maintain trip, driver, and vehicle records Assist customers with pickup information and service questions Coordinate vehicle maintenance and availability Prepare daily operational reports Support dispatchers, fleet managers, chauffeurs, and drivers Track completed trips, mileage, and service activity Requirements Previous transportation, dispatch, logistics, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Basic computer and data-entry skills Experience with dispatch, reservation, GPS, or fleet software preferred Dependable attendance and professional conduct Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts Knowledge of local roads, airports, hotels, and transportation operations is helpful Apply online: Email your resume:View email address on click.appcast.io Call:View phone number on click.appcast.io Hospitality Hiring Hub — Connecting Transportation and Hospitality Companies with Qualified Professionals Nationwide.
