Marketing Coordinator

Sunbelt Modular is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate marketing and business development initiatives across multiple brands. This position works closely with the Director of Marketing to manage all aspects of the marketing department projects. About the Role The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills who enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute marketing projects from concept through completion while managing multiple deadlines. Develop and coordinate content for websites, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, and social media. Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, customer events, and promotional materials. Manage marketing calendars, project schedules, and communication with internal teams and external vendors. Monitor marketing performance using website, social media, and campaign analytics, and prepare regular reports. Maintain marketing assets, CRM data, promotional inventory, and other marketing records. Support the Director of Marketing with strategic initiatives and other marketing activities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of marketing, communications, or project coordination experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices. Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media management tools. Experience using CRM software. Experience with Adobe software package. $55,000 - $60,000 DOE
