The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.

• Previous ED/UCC experience preferred.

   

• Current national certification, DEA, and ACLS are required.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

Good Samaritan Hospital – San Jose, California

• 474-bed hospital with a 35-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual volume of 64,000 with a 20-25% admit rate.
• High acuity site with great exposure to pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Comprehensive Stroke Center and STEMI Receiving Center recognized for excellence in patient care.
• Awarded the American Heart Association Get With The Guidelines Gold Plus in Stroke Category and Target Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus.
• Honored with the Target Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll for addressing cardiovascular risks in diabetic patients.
