• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, support staff, and families
• Organizational skills for tracking student progress and maintaining compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs

• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress, complete required reports, and ensure all documentation is current and accurate
