Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A critical access hospital located on the WA/OR border is seeking a skilled pharmacist to provide relief coverage on a per diem basis. This facility, with 25 beds, offers a close-knit, community-focused environment for healthcare professionals who have current hospital experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent hospital pharmacy experience and be comfortable working within Cerner and Pyxis systems. An initial training period will set the stage for successful independent coverage on select dates.

Coverage Dates:
- July: 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 30, 31
- August: 6, 7, 14, 15, 20, 21, 24, 25
- September: Fridays
Responsibilities include dispensing medications accurately, reviewing patient medication profiles, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with all hospital policies and state regulations.
