On-Site Payroll Administrator - Non-Profit (Temp-to-Full)

Beacon Hill is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a non-profit in Los Angeles, on-site, temporary to full-time, working 7:30am–4pm five days a week. You will own end-to-end bi-weekly payroll, maintain timekeeping, HRIS data, and ensure payroll compliance while partnering with Finance and HR. You will review data, run reports, support audits, train staff, and help streamline payroll processes through system enhancements.
