Client Advisor

The Client Advisor is responsible for working with pre-qualified inbound customers to finalize insurance purchases, provide coverage recommendations, and identify opportunities to bundle additional policies. This role operates in a high-volume sales environment and focuses on delivering accurate, efficient, and consultative service to customers actively seeking coverage.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound customers who have initiated insurance quotes
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal lines insurance products
• Guide customers through policy selection and final purchase decisions
• Identify and present cross-sell opportunities, including bundled insurance solutions
• Process insurance applications and policies accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and agency management systems
• Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and ensure a positive experience
• Stay informed on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates
• Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency and agency objectives
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with CRM and agency management systems preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Education and/or Experience :

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in insurance, mortgage, or sales environments preferred but not required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain training provided)
