Seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a ground-up multifamily development in South Florida. This role will lead project execution, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Client Details
Our client is an established South Florida general contractor with a strong track record delivering residential, mixed-use, and commercial construction projects. The company is known for repeat business, long-standing client relationships, and a growing pipeline of multifamily developments.
Description
* Manage all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project from preconstruction through closeout
* Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring key milestones are achieved
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
Profile
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
* Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
* Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and project delivery
* Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
