• These roles offer hands‑on experience and responsibility on fast‑moving, ground‑up developments.

This privately held contractor is a growing but well‑established builder focused on multifamily and commercial construction in South Florida. The team is lean, collaborative, and led by experienced operators who value accountability, clear communication, and quality execution.

Description

* Be a part of ground‑up multifamily projects from start through completion
* Help with schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and daily site activity
* Coordinate with ownership, design teams, and consultants
* Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
* Drive issue resolution in a fast‑paced construction environment

Profile

* Background in multifamily or mid‑rise construction
* Knowledge of the Miami or South Florida construction market
* Ability to operate on basic level tasks and work with upper management to grow

Job Offer
