Project Manager

Job Title: Entry-Level Operations / Engineering Support
Location: On-Site
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Up to $28 per hour


Overview:
We are looking for a recent college graduate or entry-level candidate who is eager to learn and grow. This role is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams. Training will be provided - we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.


What You'll Do:

Support Projects & Production:

• Help with building and testing new products (prototypes)
  
• Assist in making sure products are completed on time
  
• Help track project progress and report results
  

Help with Parts & Inventory:

• Check if needed parts are available for production
  
• Work with the purchasing team to order parts
  
• Communicate with vendors about delivery timelines
  
• Update inventory and part information in the system
  

System & Data Support:

• Enter and update information in the company system (ERP)
  
• Make sure inventory, orders, and locations are accurate
  
• Help create work orders and estimates
  

Engineering & Documentation:

• Assist engineers with product testing and setup
  
• Help create and update basic documents like instructions and manuals
  
• Update reports and track changes to products
  

General Support:

• Help with special projects as needed
  
• Work with different teams across the company
  

What We're Looking For:

• Recent college graduate or entry-level candidate
  
• Strong attention to detail and organization
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Willingness to learn and take direction
  
• Comfortable working both independently and on a team
  
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  
• Problem-solving mindset
  

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or operations
  
• Internship or project experience
  

Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
