Investor Relations Associate - Investor Outreach

Atlas Search is working with an established real estate private credit firm to hire an Investor Relations Associate focused on investor outreach. This role suits someone who loves talking to people, wants to be on the phone, and wants to be paid for results.
The Opportunity
Hundreds of prospective investors have already contacted the firm through its newsletter and conferences, and 20 to 30 more come in every month. Your job is to follow up with them, find out who is a serious fit, and pass those investors to senior leadership for the later conversations. You won't be cold-calling with nothing behind you. The interest is already there, and it needs someone to follow it up.
What You'll Do
- Work through the firm's pipeline of inbound investor leads by phone, every day.
- Qualify prospects and hand the strongest ones to senior leadership.
- Build relationships and keep conversations moving without needing warm introductions
- Keep the CRM up to date so nothing slips through the cracks.
