Project Control Analyst

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Hybrid) Contract Length: 1 year with potential for extension Local candidates only ; per diem is not available. Job Summary We are seeking a Project Control Analyst to support planning, scheduling, cost control, and project performance reporting for a long-term contract assignment at a power generation facility in Tonopah, AZ. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work two days per week. Responsibilities Support project scoping, estimating, planning, scheduling, and cost management activities. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. Monitor project budgets, costs, and performance metrics. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting. Prepare monthly project status reports and budget updates. Support change management and project controls processes. Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project control workflows. Create and analyze project reports, metrics, and databases. Identify project issues and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications 4–6 years of Project Controls experience. Experience with project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and change control.
