Human Resources Specialist Temp To Hire
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Duties:
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with payroll entry and approvals
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics for employees and management
