SEC Technical Accountant

Coordinate efforts related to internal and external audits and ongoing financial reviews. Support accounting research and the drafting of technical memos to determine appropriate treatment under GAAP. Assist in accounting for investments, intangible assets, debt, equity, derivatives, and stock-based compensation. Contribute to acquisition-related activities, including due diligence, valuation support, purchase accounting, integration, and compliance implementation. Assist in preparing materials for Board of Directors and investor communications. Maintain internal controls and support documentation and evaluation of financial and operational processes for compliance. Participate in internal control testing and process improvement efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Required) Public Accounting (Big 4 Preferred) with SEC Clients (Required) Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance experience 2-4 years of experience CPA License (preferred) Ability to go on site 1 day a week Salary $90-100k To be immediately considered, APPLY NOW!
