Chief Of StaffThe company is seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. This role is designed for a thoughtful operator who can translate strategy into execution, bring structure to a fast-growing organization, and act as a force multiplier across the firm. The Chief of Staff will work across distribution, operations, compliance, product, and marketing to ensure priorities are aligned, decisions are informed, and initiatives move forward efficiently. This is a high-visibility role with significant influence and long-term growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Execution & CEO SupportAct as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and manage firm-wide executionTranslate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and accountabilityPrepare briefing materials, presentations, and decision memos for executive meetings and board interactionsMonitor progress against key initiatives and ensure follow-through across teamsCross-Functional LeadershipCoordinate across sales, operations, compliance, capital markets, product, and marketing to drive alignmentIdentify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and execution risks—and lead efforts to address themSupport the scaling of internal infrastructure as assets, headcount, and distribution expandFacilitate effective communication between leadership and functional teamsBusiness Operations & Special ProjectsLead high-impact, ad hoc projects including product launches, distribution initiatives, and strategic partnershipsSupport hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning in partnership with senior leadershipAssist with vendor management, budgeting, and internal resource allocationDevelop and maintain key performance dashboards and reporting for leadershipGovernance, Compliance & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with compliance and legal teams to ensure initiatives are executed within regulatory guidelinesSupport preparation for board meetings, investor communications, and key external engagementsHelp establish governance rhythms, operating cadences, and decision-making frameworksQualifications & Experience6–10+ years of experience in asset management, financial services, consulting, or a high-growth operating environmentStrong understanding of investment products; ETF or asset management experience strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedStrong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive informationExperience working closely with senior executives or foundersBachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plusIdeal Candidate ProfileStrategic thinker with an operator's mindsetComfortable pushing back and asking hard questions when necessaryAble to switch seamlessly between big-picture strategy and tactical executionCalm under pressure, low ego, and highly accountableMotivated by building, scaling, and improving organizations
