About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its critical illness recovery hospital. The CEO will be a champion of the company's values, putting the patient first, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. This hands-on role involves providing strategic direction, operations management, and a strong focus on business development within a critical care environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily hospital operations, including compliance with regulatory standards, employee engagement, and the development of key business relationships. A key aspect of the role is to maintain a high ethical standard, and the CEO will be expected to behave in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Applicants for the CEO position at the company's critical illness recovery hospital must have a Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on management functions such as finance, strategic planning, and community education of health programs. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years' of operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting is required.
