Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

We're a growing State Farm agency in Riverside looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable team member who enjoys working with people and wants the opportunity to build a professional career. This position combines customer service and sales. You'll receive hands-on training and have opportunities to work with warm leads and our existing customer base you're not expected to build a book of business from scratch.

What You'll Do:

• Help existing customers with policy and billing needs
• Follow up with warm leads and prospective customers
• Prepare insurance quotes
• Discuss coverage options and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
• Identify opportunities to help existing customers with additional insurance needs
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Work toward individual and team goals

Who We're Looking For:

• Friendly and confident when speaking with customers
• Dependable and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable talking with customers by phone and in person
• Motivated by goals and the opportunity to earn additional income
• Organized and willing to learn
• Positive and team-oriented

Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
