Field Service Technician (Casino/Gaming) - Riverwind Casino, OK

Overview: We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support gaming and loyalty equipment across multiple customer sites in central and south-central Oklahoma. This is a field-based role where you'll primarily work out of Riverwind Casino while also traveling within your assigned territory to support additional locations as needed. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical expert and customer partner.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys
• Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
• Support team members and assist at other locations as needed
• Travel within the assigned service area and occasionally beyond as business needs require

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working onsite, using tools, and being on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally

Compensation: At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $46,530k - $63,975k, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
