SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Corporate Partnerships is a key member of All-In Milwaukee’s Mission Advancement team, responsible for growing and strengthening a robust network of corporate partners committed to investing in All-In Milwaukee scholars and the region’s future workforce. All-In Milwaukee currently partners with approximately 60 corporations, and this leader will help expand the network to more than 100 companies across the Milwaukee and Madison markets. This is a fundraising and relationship management role with a unique workforce development component: corporate partners financially invest in All-In Milwaukee while gaining meaningful opportunities to engage with, recruit, hire, and retain talented All-In Milwaukee scholars and graduates. The Director will build relationships with corporate executives, HR and talent leaders, and community investment decisionmakers; identify opportunities that align corporate priorities with All-In Milwaukee’s mission; and cultivate partnerships that generate both philanthropic investment and career opportunities for scholars. The Director will manage a portfolio of corporate prospects and partners and will be accountable for measurable fundraising and partnership-development outcomes, including philanthropic investment, growth and retention of corporate partners, employer engagement, and the development of meaningful career opportunities for scholars.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute a strategy to significantly grow and deepen All-In Milwaukee’s corporate partner network across the Milwaukee and Madison markets.
- Manage a portfolio of current and prospective corporate partners across the full relationship lifecycle, including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, renewal, upgrade, and stewardship.
- Build relationships with corporate executives, HR and talent acquisition leaders, community investment teams, employee resource groups, and other key decision-makers.
- Develop compelling partnerships that connect corporate philanthropic and community investment priorities with talent and workforce needs.
- Develop and present compelling partnership proposals, sponsorships, and funding opportunities that secure annual and multi-year commitments and deepen corporate investment over time.
- Build and actively manage a healthy corporate pipeline with clear relationship strategies, next steps, revenue opportunities, and partnership-development goals.
- Meet or exceed annual performance expectations for corporate revenue, partner growth and retention, prospect development, meaningful employer engagement, and other established relationship and workforce-partnership outcomes.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of corporate relationships, opportunities, proposals, and activities in Salesforce to support coordinated relationship management and organizational reporting.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Mission Advancement and Executive Director on high-level corporate relationships and significant funding opportunities.
- Serve as the primary external relationship owner for corporate partners, developing partnerships that create internships, employment, mentorship, professional development, and other career opportunities for All-In Milwaukee scholars.
- Partner closely with the Career Development Manager and Scholar Success team to align corporate opportunities with scholar career interests, preparation, and organizational workforce priorities.
- Engage corporate partners in developing internship, employment, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, while partnering with the Career Development Manager on scholar activation and participation.
- Work with corporate HR and talent leaders to identify hiring needs and opportunities and connect those opportunities to All-In Milwaukee’s career development infrastructure.
- Develop strong internal communication and processes with the Career Development Manager and Scholar Success team so that employer opportunities are effectively translated into scholar engagement and career outcomes.
- Gather employer feedback and market insights to help strengthen All-In Milwaukee’s career development and workforce strategies.
- Collaborate with Mission Advancement colleagues on coordinated fundraising, stewardship, communications, and donor engagement strategies.
- Partner across All-In Milwaukee to create meaningful opportunities for corporate partners to engage with scholars and understand the organization’s impact.
- Represent All-In Milwaukee at corporate, civic, networking, donor, scholar, alumni, and community events throughout the Milwaukee and Madison markets.
- Serve as an ambassador for All-In Milwaukee and its mission within the regional business community.
- Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented organizational culture focused on expanding opportunities for All-In Milwaukee scholars.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with corporate executives, HR and talent leaders, community partners, and donors.
- Strong understanding of corporate decision-making and relationship dynamics, with familiarity in areas such as talent acquisition, workforce development, corporate philanthropy, community investment, or business development.
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach, with demonstrated ability to open doors, build new relationships, and translate those relationships into meaningful partnerships, revenue, and workforce opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and translate external partnership opportunities into coordinated internal action.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and portfolio management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, partners, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically while effectively executing day-to-day fundraising and relationship management activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward and be accountable for measurable fundraising and relationship-development goals.
- Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to regularly travel throughout and occasionally outside the geographic area for various meetings.
- Strong commitment to All-In Milwaukee’s mission and to expand educational and career opportunities for scholars.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Five or more years of relevant professional experience in corporate relations, business development, fundraising, talent acquisition, workforce development, community relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success developing and managing external partnerships, including experience building relationships with senior corporate, HR, talent, community investment, or other organizational leaders.
- Experience working in or with corporate environments strongly preferred.
- Fundraising experience preferred but not required for candidates with significant business development, corporate partnership, or relationship management experience.
