What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. You will play an important role in implementing treatment plans, supporting patient progress, and helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities include: Providing physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training Monitoring patient response to treatment and communicating progress to the supervising Physical Therapist Educating patients on treatment plans, exercise programs, and wellness strategies Maintaining timely and accurate documentation Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes Contributing to a positive patient experience and strong clinical culture Requirements Why Blue Stone Therapy?
